For the love of the horse.
Why we built this
Buying a first horse is a big, joyful decision. Then the barn gives you a thousand pieces of advice, and much of it conflicts.
Good Rein started with a simple idea: new owners deserve a calm, honest guide that shows its work. When we say how often the farrier should come or which vaccines are core, we link to the veterinary association or university extension service that says so. Where the evidence is mixed, we say that too.
We're not your vet, farrier or instructor, and we never will be. The goal is to help you work well with them: to know what to watch for, what to ask, and when to pick up the phone.
What we promise
- Sources over opinions. Health and care claims cite veterinary, extension or peer-reviewed sources.
- No fake social proof. No invented reviews, counts, credentials or "as seen in." When real customers share their stories, we'll show them, with permission.
- Honest gear advice. We say what can wait, and we'll always tell you if we earn money from a product.
- Horse first. Welfare, safety and a good partnership come before anything we sell.
Who we are
Good Rein is a new venture from IVÉ (IVE Holdings LLC), based in Lebanon, Tennessee, in the middle of horse country. We're early, building in the open and grateful you're here.
